Woman Who Worked in Mississauga Identified as Burlington Murder Victim

A woman has been pronounced dead after a shooting in Burlington.

Shortly after 3:00 p.m. on August 21, Halton Police received a call from within a residence at 2244 No. 2 Side Road in Burlington regarding a shooting at that location. A man was quickly taken into custody. Grant was located at the residence with traumatic injuries. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
