UPDATE: Jason Kealty has been located safe. “The Halton Regional Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance,” said police.

 

Halton police and family are concerned about the well-being of a missing Oakville man.

Jason Kealty, 54, was last believed to be on foot around 1 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 12, in the area of Nottinghill Gate and North Service Road West in Oakville.

Kealty is a white male, 5-foot-11, 220 pounds. He is balding with a grey goatee. He struggles to walk and will be using a blue cane. He is considered vulnerable.

Anyone with information about Jason or his possible location is asked to contact police through 9-1-1 or via the non-emergency line at 905-825-4777.

Tips can also be submitted anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or at the website.

A person can be reported missing at any time – there is no 24 hour waiting period. If you are concerned for someone’s immediate safety, call 9-1-1. Otherwise, you can report a person as missing to the Halton Regional Police Service by calling the non-emergency number 905-825-4777.
