A vulnerable missing man was last seen in Oakville on Wednesday.

Craig Timer, 57, was last seen on foot in the area of Victoria Street around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Halton Regional Police said in a post on Thursday. This is near Lakeshore Road in southwest Oakville, close to Burlington, police added.

Police said Timer’s caregivers are concerned for his well-being as he is intellectually delayed, suffers from seizures and is possibly unable to care for himself or seek assistance during cold weather.

“Mr. Timer is vulnerable and it is essential he be located quickly,” police said.

Timer is described as a white man with grey hair, 200 pounds and five-foot-four inches tall, police said.

He was wearing a white t-shirt, black pants, black boots and a black baseball cap.

Police are asking anyone with information to call 911 or the Halton Regional Police non-emergency number at 905-825 4747, ext. 2210.
