‘Vulnerable’ 85-year-old Burlington man has gone missing

Halton Police are looking for an elderly man who went missing at noon today (July 4).

85-year-old Thomas Knox, was last seen on foot near Spruce Ave. and Erindale Dr. at approximately 12 p.m.

Knox is described as a white man, five-feet-seven-inches tall with a thin build. He has greyish-black hair.

At the time he went missing, Knox may have been wearing a light-coloured suit jacket.

“He is considered vulnerable and his family is concerned for his safety,” according to authorities.

Police is urging anyone with information about Knox’s whereabouts or any potential sightings to immediately contact 9-1-1.
