Votes are in for Best Patio winner in Oakville

Scenic views, great tasting food and refreshing cocktails all add up to the best patio in Oakville.

The votes are in for Visit Oakville’s Talk of the Town Best Patio Award in Oakville and the winner is the Bronte Boathouse.

The selection of the outdoor patio in Bronte highlights what residents and visitors alike have long known, says Visit Oakville, that it is the “ultimate destination” for a casual lakefront dining experience.

“Nestled in the heart of beautiful Bronte, the Bronte Boathouse offers stunning harbour views that create the perfect backdrop for any meal,” said Visit Oakville in announcing the winner. “Whether you’re stopping by for a leisurely lunch, a sunset dinner or simply enjoying cocktails with friends, the picturesque scenery and welcoming atmosphere make it a favourite patio spot in the community.”

As well as the views, the food at Bronte Harbour is another reason that sets the patio apart from others.

“Bronte Boathouse’s menu is as diverse as it is delicious,” said Visit Oakville. “Guests can indulge in a wide selection of dishes, including fresh offerings from the raw and sushi bar, mouthwatering sandwiches, hearty mains, crisp salads, and Detroit-style deep dish pizzas.

“Complement your meal with one of their expertly crafted cocktails, and you have the recipe for an unforgettable dining experience.”

The Talk of the Town rewards are handed out to recognize and celebrate outstanding local businesses that have made a significant impact on the community and are chosen by the public through a week-long vote.

“Bronte Boathouse’s win in the “Best Patio” category is a testament to their dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and memorable experiences,” added Visit Oakville.

The seasonal restaurant is located at 2340 Ontario Street and opens at 11 a.m. daily from May through to September.
