Viva la Tortilla brings fiery Latin flavour to the downtown Milton food scene

A new restaurant focussed on Latin American cuisine is now open in Milton.
Viva la Tortilla has been bringing some additional fiery and vibrant food to to downtown Milton since it opened last week.
The authentic restaurant specializes in a wide-variety of Central American food. You can find them at 295 Main St. E., Unit 8, located behind Troy’s Diner at the back of the building.
The family-run business opened its doors July 29 and has already received plenty of positive community feedback. They offer takeout and also have some limited seating both inside and outside of the restaurant. Keep them in mind for your next special event as they also offer event catering services.
On the menu are such classics as flautas, empanadas, soft and hard tacos, tostadas, pupusa, nachos, churrasco, carnitas, pulled pork, slow-cooked beef, burritos, tamales and chicharrones.
There are also some Latin desserts on the menu that will satisfy your sweet tooth including tres leches.
