VIDEO: Late-afternoon collision snarls traffic on major Milton road

A multi-vehicle collision on the northbound lanes of Regional Road 25 is snarling traffic heading towards Milton.

The collision happened after 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Mar. 6, just south of Britannia Rd.

A video taken by a passing witness shows several Halton police cars and a Milton fire truck on the scene, tending to a pair of badly damaged SUVs.

Traffic is down to a single lane in both directions.

Drivers should avoid the area. There is no word when the scene will be cleared.
