As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, here’s what’s closed and open in Halton.

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, here’s what’s closed and open in Halton.
Closed
Ontario-wide (until March 31):
- Banks (some are open under modified hours)
- Facilities providing indoor recreational programs
- Public libraries
- Private schools as defined in the Education Act (through April 5)
- Licensed child care centres
- All bars and restaurants, except to the extent that such facilities provide takeout food and delivery
- All theatres including those offering live performances of music, dance, and other art forms, as well as cinemas that show movies
- Concert venues
- All organized public events of over fifty people are also prohibited, including parades and events and communal services within places of worship
Burlington:
- Aldershot BIA (online services available)
- Art Gallery of Burlington
- Burlington Chamber of Commerce (online services available)
- Animal Services (shelter closed, certain services to still be provided)
- Recreation facilities, including March Break programming, areas, pools, community centres and the Seniors Centre
- Burlington Downtown Business Association (online services available)
- Burlington Economic Development (online services available)
- Burlington Libraries
- Burlington Museums
- Royal Botanical Gardens
- TechPlace (online services available)
- Tourism Burlington (online services available)
Oakville:

- All transit services operating

- Shopping malls
- Critical services, including Fire and Emergency Services, Traffic Services, By-Law Enforcement, Road Operations, Security Services operating as normal
