Two of the least expensive homes sold in the GTA in 2023 were in Burlington

An out-of-sight campground in north Burlington has two of the lowest home sales prices in the GTA in 2023.

Wahi Realty Inc., an online broker, recently released its 2023 snapshot of the GTA housing market and two unusual Burlington properties made one of their lists.

The second least expensive home (not condo) to sell in the GTA this year was located at 4999 Milburough Line. That location is home to an RV/Trailer campground known as Lost Forest Park.

Sold for just $315,000, the detached, one-bed, one-bath home has about 732 sq.-ft. of living space and is listed as a modular home.

A neighbour was third on the list at $328,000, the same one-bed, one-bath, but a little smaller at 560 sq. ft.

The park is located just northwest of Hidden Lake Golf Club.
