The Town of Milton recently announced that they will be moving its Queen Elizabeth II book of condolences to a new location this weekend.

Queen Elizabeth II served as Queen of the United Kingdom, Canada and the Commonwealth for 70 years until her death on Sept. 8 at the age of 96.

As a result, Milton residents have been invited to sign a book of condolences for Her Majesty The Queen.

Initially, the book was located at Town Hall in the front foyer, but it is now being moved to McKersie Funeral Home, located at 114 Main St. East.

The book of condolences will be at the new location on Saturday (Sept. 17) and Sunday (Sept. 18) from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
