This indoor recreation area in Oakville closed for maintenance

Residents in north Oakville will have to put aside going for a swim at the Glen Abbey Community Centre pool over the next couple of weeks.

The Town of Oakville said the indoor pool, located at 1415 Third Line, is currently closed for maintenance.

The pool is scheduled to re-open on Monday, September 23, 2024.

“A friendly reminder that Glen Abbey pool is currently closed for scheduled maintenance,” said the Town of Oakville on social media.

Residents can still go for a swim in town at the other four indoor and four outdoor pools.

Indoor pools currently open are the Iroquois Ridge Community Centre (1051 Glenashton Drive), Oakville Trafalgar Community Centre (325 Reynolds Street), Queen Elizabeth Park Community and Cultural Centre (2302 Bridge Road) and White Oaks Pool (1330 Montclair Drive).

All Outdoor pools open in Oakville are closed for the season.
