Street will be closed in Burlington for construction

Motorists will need to find another way around a Burlington street because of a construction project.

Glendor Avenue at Helena Street near Plains Road East will be closed from Sept. 11 to Sept. 20.

The work is needed to realign a section of the street.

Vehicles will be able to detour through either Leighland Road to Brant Street or from Helena Street to Plains Road East.

All residents will have access to their property during construction.

Several road construction are currently underway or are about to get started in Burlington.
