Shots fired after fight in front of downtown Oakville restaurant

The search is on for a man who fired at least one shot in an altercation that happened just outside a downtown Oakville restaurant Friday evening (July 21).
The incident involving a firearm took place just shortly before midnight in the area of Lakeshore Rd. E. and Reynolds St.
Halton Regional Police received multiple reports of at least one gunshot being fired. Police say the victim was standing outside the restaurant when he was approached by a black male in his 20s.
At least one shot was fired by the man, but no one was injured.
The male perpetrator was seen fleeing the scene in a dark coloured SUV, heading eastbound on Lakeshore Rd.
No arrests have been made.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have dash cam footage of the areas of Lakeshore Rd. (east and westbound) and Trafalgar Rd. (north and south) between the hours of 11:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. on July 21 and 22 to contact them.
