Santa will be at Milton Fairgrounds for three weekends in December

Santa is coming to the Milton Fairgrounds.

After the success of last year’s inaugural event, Santa Claus will be returning to Milton Fairgrounds for the first three weekends of December.

There is no cost to attend the event and pictures will cost $15. No hard copies will be handed out and all photos will be emailed. All photos will be on a first-come, first-served basis, with no pre-booking of time slots.

After taking your photo, families are encouraged to stick around and shop local vendors or relax by the outdoor fire pits where you can roast marshmallows. Visitors will also have the opportunity to be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a brand new fire pit, donated by LAJY Welding.

In lieu of an entrance fee, donations are being collected for Milton Community Resource Center’s Fill a Crib campaign and visitors are being asked to bring a donation. The infant food bank is most in need of larger sized diapers, baby food pouches and jars, powdered formula, and baby wipes. They also accept cash donations.

Please note there are no pets allowed at this event.

The fairgrounds will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Dec. 2, 3, 9, 10, 16 and 17.
