Roads only open to local traffic in this Oakville neighbourhood for next five months

Four streets in the Orchard Beach community of Old Oakville are now closed to only local traffic for approximately five months due to road construction.

Beginning Wednesday (July 26), Park Ave., Esplanade St, Howard Ave., and Carson Lane will be closed and only open to local access until construction is completed on Dec. 1.

Halton Region will be doing road repairs on the four road, including watermain and wastewater main replacement.

Construction will take place Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

There is no detour route as all affected streets will remain open during construction.
