Major road will close in Acton for ghost walk and pumpkin giveaway

A public notice has been sent out concerning a major road closure in the Acton/Halton Hills area. 

In a post to X (formerly Twitter), Halton Hills officials noted that Willow Street, between Mill Street and Bower Street in Acton, will be closed on Oct. 26.

ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE 🚧 Please be advised that Willow Street between Mill Street and Bower Street in Acton will be closed on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for the purpose of the Coldwell Banker Pumpkin Giveaway. For more information, visit… pic.twitter.com/PC3waTBc7i

The closure is anticipated to run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. due to the Coldwell Banker Pumpkin Giveaway, a ghost walk event featuring pumpkin handouts near the Acton Town Hall Centre.
