Rain, rain won’t go away and that means the Town of Oakville’s Movies in the Park is heading indoors this week.

Due to a rainy forecast expected Wednesday night (July 26), residents looking to watch the film Turning Red will have to grab a spot on Arena Floor ‘A’ inside the River Oaks Community Centre.

Moviegoers are still expected to bring blankets and lawn chairs to take in the free movie.

Entry and activities begin at 6:30 p.m., with the film slated to begin at 8 p.m.

The River Oaks Community Centre is located on 2400 Sixth Line.

Movies in the Park is expected to return back to the outdoors next Wednesday night (Aug. 2) when Encanto will be showing up on the big screen at Westbrook Park (297 Chalmers St.).
