Well-known Quebec restaurant finds new home in Oakville

Oakville’s newest restaurant has Lebanese food “like no other.”
Boustan Cuisine, which offers authentic Lebanese food on the menu, opened its doors today (June 22) at its new Upper Oakville Shopping Centre location at 1011 Upper Middle Rd E.
The fast-casual restaurant offers a true Lebanese taste with a modern local twist.
“Your first visit will be the first of many,” the new eatery says on its website. “Let your senses guide you to the delectable flavours of the Mediterranean. Only at Boustan will you feel as though you are eating homemade Middle Eastern food – accessible, convenient and nutritious.”
The restaurant first opened in downtown Montreal in 1986 and became a “staple” on the city’s food scene. Today, it has over 60 locations in Quebec and Ontario.
The carefully prepared dishes feature chicken pita, seasoned beef shawarma and kebabs, as well as a wide variety of vegetarian specials.
“Boustan has become a household name, preserving its reputation for superb service, fresh ingredients, and mouth-watering plates with both veggie and meat options,” the website says.
The restaurant is open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
