Parking ticket payment will be unavailable online in Burlington

An upgrade to its parking management system will temporarily prevent online payments in Burlington.

The system will be down from 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, until 8:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 31.

During this time these parking services will not be available:

• Parking ticket payments
• Parking exemptions
• Parking permit requests or renewals

If you need any of these services, the City of Burlington suggests you access them before or after the upgrade.

As well, you can pay your parking ticket in person at City Hall’s Service Burlington desk at 426 Brant St., Burlington from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.

You can also deposit a cheque with your ticket information in our drop box by the rear doors of City Hall.
