An Oakville resident has been arrested following a dispute over a parking ticket in Toronto.

According to police, the incident unfolded just after 11 a.m. on April 12 in the area of Baldwin and Beverley Sts. in Toronto.

Toronto Police say an enforcement officer observed a vehicle that was double parked and told the driver to move.

While the officer was issuing a parking ticket, police say another person came from out of a nearby house approached the officer and allegedly pushed him in the chest.
