Oakville, Port Perry, Whitby breweries medal at Canadian Brewing Awards

Port Perry’s Old Flame Brewery and Whitby’s Little Beasts Brewing added more trophies to their mantel with silvers at this weekend’s Canadian Brewing Awards in Halifax, with Oakville’s Cameron’s Brewery adding two medals, including a gold for their Jurassic IPA.
Cameron’s won gold in the American-Style IPA category, as well as a bronze in the Oatmeal Stout category for their Crooked Nose Stout.
Old Flame earned a silver in the North American-Style Amber/Dark Lager category for Red, while Little Beasts scored silver in the Smoked Beer category for Huldufolk.
Toronto’s Muddy York was named Brewery of the Year at the annual craft beer ‘championships,’ while Alberta’s Blindman Brewing won Best in Show for their Dwarf Sour Cherry beer.
