Oakville, Milton to hold Remembrance Day ceremonies

Oakville will hold two Remembrance Day ceremonies Saturday to honour those have served.
A parade to George’s Square will begin at Oakville Trafalgar Community Centre, at 325 Reynolds Street at 10:30 a.m. A Ceremony of remembrance will follow.
Another ceremony also will take place at Memorial Park at the Trafalgar Memorial from 10:50 a.m., to noon.
There will also be a parade in Milton Saturday morning from the Legion, down Main Street to the cenotaph at Victoria Park for a ceremony at 11 for residents to pay their respect to those who have fought for our freedom.
