Oakville floral shop so excited about opening they could ‘pee their plants’

Kerr Street in Oakville will soon be where the “curiosities and the curated come together.”

The Floral Collective Inc. is set to open its new location at 334 Kerr St. on Sept 1.

The new home and garden store calls itself nature’s gathering place, a one stop shop for all things plant and floral. A market place of artisans making products from and for plants and flowers.

“Where the curiosities and the curated come together,” the website said.

The store provides a space where growers can drop off their weekly harvests for floral picks, providing more support to local growers while putting a variety of flowers into the hands of designers.

With a similar Toronto store located in Toronto’s Junction neighbourhood (177 McCormack St. #104), flower collective is run by a community of local growers and florists that are passionate about flowers

“We’re so excited, we could pee our plants,” the new Oakville floral shop said about its opening.
