With its recent topping-off, Minto Communities’ North Oak Tower 1 in Oakville took a big step toward completion of Phase 4 and its summer of 2025 occupancy date.

The last beam has been placed atop the building located on Dundas Street East and Trafalgar Road in Upper Oakville after having broken ground back in July of 2022.

A top-off of Tower 2 is expected to follow later this year with sales for Tower 3 underway now for the project designed by BDP Quadrangle aims to provide great living spaces close to walking and biking paths, Athabasca Pond and surrounding greenery.

Tower 1 is 20-storeys high and has 212 suites, but once Tower 2 is completed combined both will have 378 suites in a design that aims to provide sustainability, wellness, and safety.

Both towers are connected by a shared lobby called The Neighbourhood Nest that will provide a place for residents to meet and offers back-up power in case of an emergency.

An outdoor lounge and landscaped terrace will also allow the residents to get together or even relax while taking in the scenery or they can get in a workout in the state-of-the-art fitness room.

Reducing carbon emissions will be a geo-exchange energy system, one of the first of its kind in the Greater Toronto Area, that will result in a 70 percent reduction.
