New Vietnamese Banh Mi sandwich place opens in Milton

Banh Mi lovers can rejoice – the popular Vietnamese sandwich is now available in Milton.

Banh a’ Mi – a play on words on the French expression ‘Bons Amis,’ meaning good friends – held its grand opening on October 15 and is now serving up classic grilled pork banh mi sandwiches (beef and chicken are also available), along with signature vermicelli bowls and ‘broken’ rice bowls served ‘your way.’

Vietnamese Pho soup is coming to the restaurant on November 21.

New owners Sam and Linh Bang bought the place in September and after some interior renovation work and a new name opened for business last month.

Sam Bang said they want to be in Milton for the long haul and hopes quality food and great service will bring in the customers to what is something new for Milton.
