National lawn bowling championship starts this weekend in Milton

The 2024 Canadian Lawn Bowling Championships get underway this weekend at Lawn Bowls Milton.

The event, which is also being co-hosted by Heritage Greens Lawn Bowling Club, will see national champions crowned in men’s and women’s singles, pairs, triples, and fours.

Competitors will begin registering tomorrow and the events start Sunday, Aug. 18, and run all day.

The full week of events, which will see teams from across Canada compete, wraps up next weekend.
