Movies at Heritage Park barn presented by Milton Film Festival

The Milton Film Festival is hosting a series of movies at a local barn.

Movie Nights in the Gambrel Barn at Country Heritage Park will give local residents a chance to catch three movies specially selected for the event.

Here’s the schedule:

Friday, Sept. 13, Treasure – A music journalist accompanies her father, a charmingly stubborn Holocaust survivor, on a journey to his homeland. The movie stars Starring Stephen Fry and Lena Dunham.

Friday, Sept. 27, The Movie Man – Amid a global pandemic, an entrepreneur looks back on his life’s work owning and operating an idiosyncratic cinema in the forest of northern Ontario.

Friday, Oct. 25, Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas – Tired of scaring humans every Oct. 31st, the King of Halloween Town kidnaps Santa Claus and plans to take over Christmas.

All shows start at 7:30 p.m. and tickets cost $12. The Nightmare Before Christmas also has $6 tickets for children under 12.

The Gambrel Barn at Country Heritage Park is located 8560 Tremaine Rd.
