Mississauga truck driver gets three-year sentence for horrific Oakville crash that killed woman

A Mississauga truck driver who killed a Niagara Falls woman in a crash on the QEW in Oakville has been given a three-year sentence.

The truck, which was carrying a load of produce near Trafalgar Road on Aug. 22, 2019, collided with several vehicles and burst into flames.

Elena Kulikova, 34, a well-known Niagara Falls artist, was killed in the crash that also left several other people injured. 

Muhammad Hasnai Raza, 34, was found guilty of dangerous driving causing death in February. He was also given a six-year driving prohibition.
