Missing Burlington man found dead

A man reported missing earlier today in Burlington has been found dead.
Halton police confirmed the news this afternoon.
Police are not releasing any further information about the circumstances surrounding the death which sources say indicates foul play has been ruled out in this case.
“Sadly, John has been located deceased. Our Service extends its sincere condolences to John’s family and friends and kindly requests that photos of John be deleted at this time,” police reported through social media channels.
John Manson, 62, was reported missing this morning (Sept. 18) as police issued a bulletin indicating his family was concerned about his well-being. He was last seen in the Mountainside Drive and Industrial Street area.
