Milton Hydro warns customers of email scam

Milton Hydro is warning residents of an email scam that is currently circulating in the town.

According to Milton Hydro, they have been receiving reports of fraudulent emails regarding the status of customers’ energy consumption.

Milton Hydro has confirmed that these emails are not legitimate and that they are monitoring the situation.

If customers receive these calls, they should contact the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at 1-888-495-8501.
