Milton hockey rivalry game against Georgetown also a charity fundraiser

Friday night will see more than just a hockey game between two old rivals at Milton Memorial Arena. It will serve as a fundraiser for cystic fibrosis awareness.
The game will pit the Milton Menace against Georgetown Raiders and will support seven-year-old Milton resident, Liam Wilson, of Liam’s Mission.
During the night, fans can expect:
- Puck drop by Milton’s Little Super Hero, Liam Wilson
- Silent Auction with items like Leafs tickets, gift baskets, an autographed jersey courtesy of the Zach Hyman and family
- Chuck-a-Puck prizes for custom cystic fibrosis awareness Menace hats and Allstate Bluetooth speakers
- Signed NHL jersey auction
- Bake sale
- Special games and prizes
- 50/50 draw by Optimist Club of Milton
Proceeds from the event will go to Sick Kids Foundation, as well as the John Tavares Foundation.
Puck-drop is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
