The 12,300 square foot mansion, located on 1092 Argyle Dr., is priced by Sotheby’s International Realty Canada, Brokerage at $22,999,000 and is the sixth most expensive home for sale in a list compiled by Point2homes.
The south-east Oakville lake-facing villa, designed by Hicks-Pettes Architects, has a tennis court with six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and six walkouts.
There’s also two patios and a garden and it’s located to a nearby golf course, marina and schools.
The home “stands majestically in an exclusive context made of only luxury properties,” according to the mansion’s listing.
Other great features include a hot tub, wine fridge, wet bar, an in-law suite as well as golf course/parkland.
Annual property taxes for the luxury home, which was built in 2006, are $74,111.99.
