Male teenager hit by truck in Milton

A 15-year-old male teenager was struck by a truck early Wednesday evening (Sept. 18) in Milton.

The collision happened around 5 p.m. out front of a Sobeys grocery store in the area of Bronte Road and Louis St. Laurent Boulevard.

Both Halton Regional Police and Halton medics were on the scene of the accident immediately after the teenager was hit.

The extent of any injuries is not known at this time.

Police have sectioned off the area as they continue to investigate.
