Major residential road in Halton Hills being resurfaced, expect delays

Drivers who use Mountainview Rd. S. in Halton Hills should expect delays over the next few months.

The Georgetown road will be undergoing resurfacing between Campbell Gate and Eden Place. All roads in the residential area will be open to local traffic and emergency vehicles, although occasional lane closures will be required.

The work involves asphalt removal, storm sewer repairs, concrete works (curb and sidewalk), grading, asphalt paving, line marking, and associated restoration works.

Construction begins this week and is expected to be completed by November.
