Luxurious houses that recently sold for more than $2 mil in Oakville and Milton

While houses are expensive in the Halton Region (and across the GTA overall), some properties are more costly than others and even though the market has slowed due to higher interest rates, some luxurious homes are still changing hands.
Real estate website and brokerage Zoocasa recently rounded up five properties that sold for more than the region’s average house price of $1,245,146 (all home types combined) in September.
According to the latest data from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB), the average house price in Halton is climbing, rising 1.2 per cent from $1,230,389 in August.
Here’s a look at five of the most expensive homes that recently changed hands in Oakville and Milton:
3338 Lakeshore Rd. W.
