Last chance to help Santa when he arrives in Burlington

You have one more day to help out Santa.

Although it is still October, plans for Burlington’s Santa Claus Parade are being finalized and the man from the North Pole still needs participants to help out.

Float entries, food vendors and entertainers are all needed to assist on the big day which will be on Sunday, Dec. 1.

Interested parties can apply to be a part of the parade by going to Santa Claus Parade Float Entry – Burlington. Applications should be in by Oct. 25.

This year the parade will be following a new route, one that is shorter than previous years. This is being done to lessen the impact on businesses and residents who live in the area.

Again this year you can bring your letters to Santa. They will be collected by Canada Post workers along the parade route during the big day.

As well, donations to the Burlington Food Bank will also be accepted on parade day.
