A national leader in interdisciplinary behavioural health services for children with autism and other development needs is opening a clinic in Burlington.

Monarch House Ltd., which helps children and youth with autism spectrum disorder, will open its 13 clinic to families beginning September 1, 2024, the centre announced Monday (July 15).

The clinic, which was founded in 2008 and also has centres in Surrey, BC, Toronto, Mississauga, and the recent addition in Langley, BC, is aiming to provide individual and family services for neurodevelopmental diagnoses across the country.

“Our expansion is a testament to the incredible support from our clients and the dedication of our employees,” said Chelsea Ganam, Monarch House President. “Together, we are making strides towards our mission of creating an inclusive world where belonging is a right, not a privilege.”

The new Burlington centre will include a team of Board-Certified Behaviour Analysts®, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and psychotherapists all dedicated to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based services tailored to each individual and family’s needs.
