The 2nd annual Hops and Harvest Festival returns to Kelso Conservation Area in Milton this weekend.
Saturday and Sunday, the autumn festival will feature local breweries, food, and artisans while celebrating the great outdoors, providing a unique opportunity to hike the trails, admire the scenery, and enjoy craft brews and seasonal eats.
The popular local breweries on-site include Nickel Brook Brewing, as well as some up-and-coming breweries, such as Holman Brewing and Lock Street Brewing.
As for food, the Arepa Republic, Jerk Brothers, and Andrzejewski Perogies are just a few of the culinary offerings that will be served up at the festival.
Hops and Harvest is a family(including dog)-friendly festival with live music, campfire lounges, chairlift rides, jewelry making, pumpkin painting and other games and activities for children.
Access to the park and the festival costs $10 for adults (19+) and $6 for children (5-18 years). Children 4-years and under are free.
Entry can be purchased at the park gates on the day of the festival and online.
Online tickets include one beer glass, one beer token, and one chairlift ride up the escarpment.
