The Princess Margaret Home Lottery recently announced the winner of a luxurious $8.3 million Oakville house.

Yesterday, the lottery, which is held in support of the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, announced that Tiziano De Santis won the grand prize. The prize includes the Oakville showhome, a BMW i4 M50 xDrive and $500,000 cash.

“A massive congratulations to you, Tiziano. Enjoy your prize, and thank you for supporting life-saving cancer research,” the lottery said on social media.

Other winners have also been announced on social media, with the full list of winners expected to go live on the lottery’s official website later this month.

The lottery says Elizabeth Hull won $3,762,350 in the 50/50 draw and Jennifer Trudel won the Niagara-on-the-Lake showhome and $100,000 cash.

As for the grand prize, the website says the Oakville home is a 7,765-square-foot Tudor Revival house that “puts the spotlight on luxury living.”

The five-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom house boasts an outdoor swimming pool, a steam room and spa, a chef-inspired kitchen and a two-storey dining room.

“Full of charm and grandeur, this extraordinary Showhome is awarded fully furnished, professionally decorated and landscaped. All this could be yours to create precious family memories to last a lifetime,” the website reads.
