A fourth suspect has been arrested following last month’s armed robbery of a Milton pharmacy.

Previously, police arrested two youths and an adult after the Feb. 15 armed robbery of Bonafide Compounding Pharmacy, located in the area of Britannia Rd. and Leger Way in Milton.

On Mar. 4 Halton police officers arrested a 17-year-old Toronto male.

He has been charged with robbery with a firearm, disguise with intent, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000 and obstructing a peace officer.

He was held in custody pending a bail hearing in Milton.

Police are not seeking any additional suspects related to this robbery.

At the time of the robbery, police apprehended three other suspects following a high-speed chase through Milton that ended in a collision between the suspect vehicle and a police car.

After the collision, police said all four suspects fled on foot. Police on scene pursued the suspects on foot and three were arrested. The incident caused a pair of Milton schools to go into a ‘hold-and-secure’.

Police located a replica handgun in the stolen getaway vehicle.
