Georgetown driver almost ends up in the deep end, facing several charges

A young Georgetown driver looks like they tried to take an ill-advised shortcut last night in Halton Hills.

According to the Milton-Halton Hills detachment of the Halton Regional Police Service, a driver lost control on a Georgetown residential road.

It could have been worse, however, as the vehicle came to rest on the edge of a backyard pool.

The driver is facing multiple Highway Traffic Act charges.
