Movies Under The Stars, the series that rotates through Burlington parks, continues tonight (July 20) with a showing of The Super Mario Brothers. Movie.
The family-friendly free event takes place at 9 p.m. in Central Park, 2311 New St., and will be shown on the big screen.
To take part, all you have to do is show up, but here are a few things to consider:
- Bring your own lawn chairs and/or blanket and bug spray.
- Bring your own refreshments.
- Be sure to come early and reserve a spot.
- Parking and restroom facilities are available on-site.
- Inclement weather may cause delays or cancellations. Please check the weather before heading out.
As for The Super Mario Brothers, the film sees our heroes, Mario and Luigi accidentally whisked off to another dimension where, with the help of Princess Peach, they square off against the all-powerful Bowser to stop his plans from conquering the world. We won’t tell you how it ends.
The film series continues every Thursday until the end of August:
