Final phase of new condo community in Burlington will feature yoga room and dog wash station

The final phase of the Paradigm Community is currently under construction in Burlington and once it’s complete, it will boast 18 storeys, 364 units and a host of amenities.
Paradigm Grand, developed by the Molinaro Group, will feature units ranging in price from $625,000 to $995,000. The suites will offer anywhere from one- to two-and-half bedrooms and come in a mix of sizes. Smaller units spanning about 530 square feet will be available, as well as larger suites in the 1,300 square foot range.
The building is taking shape in midtown Burlington in the Brant Street and Fairview Street area.
On its website, the developer called the new build “the grand finale” of the condo community.
“Paradigm Grand is the grand finale of Paradign – the inspirational condominium development that ushered in ‘The New Burlington.’ It is the full expression of the Molinaro Group’s vision for this eminently located landmark development,” the website reads.
“Paradigm Grand continues to set the standard of excellence in land use planning, architectural design and lifestyle amenities that is in a class by itself.”
As far as amenities go, the condo offers a rooftop terrace, a kids’ room, an indoor lounge, bike racks and a bike storage room, a wet bar, a yoga room, a dog wash area, an indoor pool, a car share, party rooms, fitness rooms, a business lounge, guest suites, a BBQ area, a landscaped courtyard and more.
The building also boasts underground parking, visitor parking and a concierge.
Suites will feature nine-foot ceilings, private balconies or terraces, energy-efficient floor-to-ceiling windows and contemporary finishes.
