Female on motorcycle flees police in Burlington

The public’s assistance is requested in helping to identify a female motorcycle rider who fled from police in Burlington early Friday evening (August 9).

Halton Regional Police pulled over the woman shortly after 5 p.m. at Spencer Smith Park alleging that she was riding the motorcycle with a stolen license plate “9813X.”

Police said the woman, pictured on the bike below, fled from them at around 5:20 p.m.

The woman is described as white and having braided hair.

Anyone who recognizes the driver or motorcycle, or who has any information, is asked to contact Halton police at 905-825-4777.
