Canadian singer/songwriter Feist will bring her blend of indie-pop to Burlington this week for a sold-out show at the Royal Botanical Gardens (RBG).

The Sept. 19 show will usher in the change of seasons on the grounds at Mitchell’s Field.

Internationally known for her blend of folk, pop, jazz and rock, the 14-time Juno Award-winning artist was a founding member of Broken Social Scene until she emerged as a solo performer reaching acclaim for her 2007 release The Reminder which earned her a Grammy nomination as well as garnering positive reviews in Pitchfork, Rolling Stone and Spin.

Her success has also led to performances on Saturday Night Live and Sesame Street and the New York Times has three times honoured her for having the album of the year.

Mitchell’s Field is a grassy, open-air space in the Hendrie Park area of RBG designed for concerts and other large events.
