Fast-food chicken franchise opens up third location in Oakville

Lovers of ChickQueen food in Oakville have it three times as good now.

The grilled and fried chicken, halal chicken franchise recently celebrated the grand opening of its third Oakville store, located at 266 Hays Blvd. (Unit 1).

One of the fastest growing fast-food franchises in the Greater Toronto Area, those celebrating the opening of another local restaurant included Oakville Mayor Rob Burton, who was on hand for the ribbon cutting.

His presence, said ChickQueen, underscored the significance of its expansion in the GTA, and the positive impact of new businesses in the local economy.

ChickQueen, which prides itself on its “tantalizing” menu and “top-notch” customer service, has plans to continued spreading its wings further across the GTA.

“We are deeply humbled and thrilled by the overwhelming response from the Oakville community,” said a ChickQueen’s Spokesperson. “This grand opening isn’t just a celebration of our growth, but a celebration of our customers, who have been the key ingredient to our success.

“We look forward to serving our irresistible offerings to the people of Oakville.”

The menu offers chicken lovers a wide variety, from grilled chicken to chicken sandwiches, tenders and wings.

Sides include fries and gravy, onion rings, mashed potatoes and poutine. Cap off your meal with a piece of cheesecake or chocolate marble cheesecake.

The new ChickQueen location is open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
