Fashion retailer finds new home in Burlington Centre

A store that has been located inside Hudson’s Bay in the Burlington Centre now has its own place in the mall.

Olsen, a fashion retailer with outlets in 20 countries, has relocated into the mall in a store across from HomeSense.

Founded in 1995, Olsen has quickly grown and is now established in North America mostly with independent shops located within Hudson’s Bay stores.

The brand’s foray into the main portion of the Burlington Centre will be launched Sept. 19 with a grand opening that will include prizes and refreshments for customers.

Olsen is best known for its European-inspired fashion styles for women that originate in Hamburg, Germany.

“We love and live fashion and keep our thumb on the pulse of current trends, which we transform into effortlessly casual looks with feel-good character,” reads a statement on the company’s website. “Olsen offers constant style inspiration through 16 collections a year and is regarded for its reliable, high-quality European-designed fashion by upscale retailers around the globe.”
