A gluten-free pasta sold at the Farm Boy grocery chain has been recalled due to allergy concerns.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has issued a recall of Farm Boy-brand Gluten Free Fresh Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli, saying that the product contains “undeclared gluten.” People who have celiac disease, an allergy to wheat or other gluten-related disorders should not consume the recalled product. The recall was made under a Class 3 hazard, meaning the product is in contravention of an act or Regulation enforced by the CFIA, but would not cause adverse health effects.

The recalled pasta had a UPC of 8 08912 02032 7E070921 and an Aug. 16 expiry date.

Farm Boy has 15 locations in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. That includes two in Oakville, along with stores in Burlington, Hamilton, Pickering and St. Catharines.
