Earlier start for Oakville Transit school route

Oakville Transit’s School Special bus will get rolling earlier in the mornings.

Beginning Friday (Sept. 19), the extra Route 19 trip which normally departs at 7:30 a.m. is being rescheduled and will now leave from Glenashton Drive and Trafalgar Road at 7:20 a.m.

All associated timepoints between Glenashton and Trafalgar and Oakville GO will also be backed up by 10 minutes.

“The bus will be scheduled to arrive at all timepoints in between 10 minutes earlier as well,” said Oakville Transit.

Oakville Transit said this change is being made to improved schedule adherence, due to the overall demand on this trip.
