Driver Charged After Hitting Halton Police Cruiser

Drivers are being reminded to slow down and move over after a Halton police cruiser was struck on Thursday morning.

The incident took place during a collision investigation along Guelph Line in Burlington just after 9 a.m.

The officers weren’t injured, say police.

Charges have been laid against the driver.

It’s unclear if the person’s name is being released.
